La Calabrese is an excellent, authentic, and downright fun Italian cuisine experience. The team feels like family (I think some are) and speak Italian while deftly delivering pizzas, drinks, and all other spread of Italian fare. We came in on a late reservation on Christmas eve and had a great time. Between the lively conversation, singing, and delicious pizza, we would very much so recommend to anyone visiting gold coast and surfers paradise area.

We did the bottomless lunch on Christmas Eve and highly recommend! The focaccia with garlic butter and Marylou pizza were my favourite! Attentive wait staff, the live music was amazing! Great atmosphere, looking forward to coming back

Hey guys,u guys did amazing jobs.We all the way from Melbourne having holiday with our kids and had celebrated my daughter’s birthday in your amazing restaurant with perfect foods,drinks,beautiful space and of course your teams.Thanks for chef as well for the lovely foods also floor manager(which I’m not sure who is).We will be back if we coming to holiday next time.Keep going guys.Love ya.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the friendly and welcoming Italian 🇮🇹 staff, who were exceptional during our dinner - polite, friendly and attentive. Awesome authentic Italian food with high quality ingredients, cooked perfectly and was excited to enjoy gnocco fritto in Australia. Very stylish restaurant, great for couples of groups - top class 👏🏻

We booked at La Calabrese last night and I felt like I was back in Italy just in a different environment. Great vibes, service was exceptional and the pizzas were delicious! I’d definitely come back!

If only I could rate La Calabrese more than 5 stars. We took my Mother there for lunch yesterday to celebrate her 80th Birthday. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with open arms. The food was authentic Italian and was absolutely incredible, the Service from our waiter Marco and the rest of the staff was above and beyond. The live singer Lesyah was soo warm and lovely interacting with us, taking requests and even got my Mum up for a dance. I cannot express how much we enjoyed this afternoon and recommend La Calabrese to anyone looking for a venue that really has it all!

Amazing food! This place was spot on for Italian authentic flavours, reasonably priced and has mid week dinner specials. We had my fiancé’s birthday here and we are amazed by the food and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Taste was 5 star! Service was good! If I were to comment is they need to put more seafood into marinara. Prawns are cut to small pieces. Mushroom risotto - not much mushroom but has good flavor. I wish they are bit more generous with ingredients especially pasta! Pizza was really good!!! But overall it was really good!
